Exemption Of Tax Regarding Building And Premises Of The Mission

6. Exemption of Tax regarding building and premises of the Mission:
(1) The Foreign State and the Head of the Mission shall be exempt from national or municipal dues and taxes in respect of the buildings and premises of the Mission
Provided that, the party to a contract concluded with the Foreign State, shall not be exempted from any tax or dues to be paid pursuant to the (Prevailing) Nepal
laws.
